Heating Up (20 minutes):

Ignite the Body (20 minutes):
This dynamic practice features variations of Warrior II and a combination of open and closed twists that will improve balance. Matt also introduces you to Dancer’s Pose giving you step by step instructions to this popular pose.

Simmer Down (20 minutes):
This hip opening practice features a variety of forward folds that will relax the body leaving you energized. Fully absorb the benefits of your hot yoga practice by ending with a relaxing Savasana.

Matt breaks down four of the most commonly used yoga poses/sequences in hot yoga classes including Chaturanga Twisting Lunge Float Forward and Triangle Pose. DVD
